Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, organization); the data you upload for training and grounding; the model artifacts you create; and the usage metering — training minutes, tokens, predictions, and stored bytes — needed to run and bill the metered loop. We also keep basic technical logs (request IDs, timestamps, error traces) to operate and secure the Service. We never sell your data.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service: to store and version datasets, validate and train models, serve predictions, and meter usage; to secure the Service and prevent abuse, including automated content moderation; to bill accurately from the usage ledger; and to communicate about your account. For the content you upload we act as your processor, handling it on your instruction. We share data only with the sub-processors that run the Service (cloud hosting, storage, email, and payment processing) under appropriate agreements — never for advertising.

Retention

Datasets, model artifacts, and knowledge bases persist until you delete them; deleting your organization erases them. Usage-ledger records and invoices are retained as long as needed for billing, tax, and legal obligations. Backups roll on a fixed schedule and are purged in the ordinary course.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Object storage is private and reachable only through short-lived signed URLs issued to authenticated requests. Every query is scoped to your organization, API keys are stored only as hashes, and access to production data is limited and logged.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from within the product, or by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights — access, portability, erasure, or objection — which we honor for verified requests consistent with applicable law.
